About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales with a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly in the HCM and HR industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the North America enterprise sales team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase brand awareness and market share. This role requires a focus on client success, including the fostering of relationships with SAP SF Sales Teams. Essential functions include assisting the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and meeting revenue targets. The VP of Sales will also be involved in setting the strategy for the business, continuously improving sales tactics, and promoting cross-company collaboration to generate leads.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience in sales management, and a proven track record in selling services and SaaS solutions, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. The role demands a candidate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, high attention to detail, and a passionate, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit. The VP of Sales will be expected to have strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
