About the Role

The VP will also manage various employee perks such as commuter subsidies, tuition reimbursement, and relocation, and will be the point person for all audits. Continuous improvement initiatives, data governance, and staying up to date on HR-related laws are also key responsibilities.Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 8 years of direct HR Shared Services experience, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and HRIS, and at least 5 years of management experience. Strong technical aptitude, particularly with experience in UKG (UltiPro), is strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to quickly learn new systems, troubleshoot with ease, and a tenacious approach to resolving complex situations. Superior customer service skills and the ability to safeguard confidential data are also essential. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, and will work to ensure that HR services are coordinated and aligned with the company's values and goals.
