A proven track record of leadership and innovation, strong technical proficiency in modern programming languages, and deep understanding of software architecture are required. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to manage large-scale software projects and cross-functional teams in an agile environment, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS are preferred. The position may require domestic and/or international travel, and the candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
