About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Solution Architecture to play a pivotal role in supporting business development activities and the capture of large technology-driven contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of enterprise solutions from the initial identification phase through to proposal submission and post-award knowledge transition. This includes collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand customer requirements, translating these into a compelling solution vision, and leading a team of engineers and SMEs to ensure the right technical depth. The role also involves providing technical expertise to internal business development teams, staying abreast of the latest technology trends, and maintaining strong client relationships.Applicants for the VP, Solution Architecture position at the company should have a B.S. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years' in a similar role within the US Government or as a Federal Government contractor. A background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions for US Government Federal agencies, particularly in the areas of software, cloud, and data/AI, is essential. The role requires the ability to sketch technical concepts, present solution strategies to executive leadership and customers, and ensure a smooth handoff to internal technology and development teams. Strong communication skills, the ability to build partnerships, and a continual assessment of technology trends are also key qualifications. US Citizenship is mandatory, and experience with AWS services and Federal or Defense Health requirements is preferred.
