About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in the strategic decision-making and autonomous operation of the business. The successful candidate will lead supply chain and procurement activities across multiple national and international locations, with a focus on enhancing capabilities, reducing risk, and increasing efficiency and profitability. This role demands an energetic manager with a strong background in core supply chain and procurement functions, including vendor negotiation, raw material purchases, and manufacturing. The VP, Supply Chain will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain and procurement plans, driving the S&OP process, and leading initiatives to optimize the organization's design and processes. Continuous improvement, strong financial acumen, and the ability to mentor and build a high-performing team are essential.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years experience in supply chain and purchasing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large or multi-site facility. Experience in high-growth or acquisitive business environments is crucial, and a background in medical CDMOs or OEMs is highly preferred. The role requires a strategic business partner with a proven track record of adding value and a hands-on, decisive management style. The ideal candidate will be a "curious thinker" with excellent communication skills and a reputation for business ethics, integrity, and a common-sense approach. While not mandatory, experience with private equity sponsors, M&A, and a CPM or CPP professional designation is strongly favored. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus, and the ability to travel significantly is essential.
