About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative recruitment processes and strategies to support the organization's short- and long-term priorities and growth. This role involves serving on the HR leadership team, supporting continuous process improvement, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The VP will also be tasked with building and developing a modernized, best-in-class talent acquisition and workforce function, with a focus on attracting top talent and building high-performing, diverse talent pipelines.Applicants for the Vice President, Talent Acquisition position should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive recruitment leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of building modernized recruitment infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization. A bachelor's degree in HR, business, or healthcare administration is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The role demands a strategic leader who can stay abreast of market trends and challenges that may impact recruitment and retention, while also ensuring the department provides high-quality service to its customers. The VP will report to the EVP and CHRO and will be a key player in driving quality hiring decisions and supporting the organization's mission of putting patients at the center of everything.
