About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, U.S. National Data Center Practice Lead. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and results-oriented leader, responsible for the growth and management of the national data center practice. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary, multi-national team to ensure the high-quality, timely, and profitable delivery of data center due diligence and design projects. The VP will also be tasked with influencing and implementing a data center market strategy, managing a portfolio of complex projects, and leading the team in client relationship development. Collaboration with global and regional market sector leaders is essential to leverage the company's global capabilities and bring the best of the company to each project.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or architectural field, at least 12 years' of experience in large and hyper-scale data center designs, and be a licensed Professional Engineer. The role requires a proven track record in team leadership, as well as the ability to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation. The VP will be expected to participate in driving innovation, oversee the production of proposals, and refine delivery strategies to improve quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills, the ability to travel as needed, and a commitment to the company's values of technical and digital expertise, equity, diversity, and inclusion are also essential.
