About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Workforce Customer Success to lead the strategic and operational aspects of customer success for its suite of workforce products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of customers, with a focus on strategic leadership, and will oversee the onboarding, support, adoption, professional services, and payroll operations teams. This role is pivotal in driving long-term customer retention and growth, and the VP will be expected to provide weekly reports, identify new opportunities, and motivate the team to achieve company objectives. The role also involves mentoring and elevating leaders, managing at-risk clients, and maintaining a positive, innovative culture.To be successful in this position, candidates must have a proven track record of leading a customer success organization in the software industry, with a specific focus on SaaS and payroll. A deep industry knowledge and passion for workforce management are essential, along with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts. The role requires strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and travel occasionally. The VP will be instrumental in optimizing the post-sales customer journey, maintaining cross-departmental alignment, and managing customer programs and outreach initiatives. A positive, collaborative, and flexible working style is crucial, as is the ability to teach and coach effectively.
