The position of Water Transportation Specialist is responsible for day to day water transportation from the well to the manufacturing site, daily source sampling, deliveries, and daily production support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Food Safety

o All positions within the facility are responsible for food safety. It is essential that all employees follow all food safety, sanitation, and good manufacturing and documentation processes.

• Safety

o All positions within the facility are responsible to follow all general safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Independently performs all truck activities to support water on-loading and off-loading.

• Maintains truck, and truck garage area for cleanliness including, but not limited to, mowing, leaf removal, snow removal, etc.

• Daily product monitoring sampling.

• Recognize technical problems that require assistance from maintenance or engineering support and obtain required support.

• Liaison with maintenance garage and rental garage.

• Verifies truck requirements are up to date. Examples include insurance, inspections, etc.

• Daily production support including, but not limited to, palletizing, wrapping pallets, and quality readings.

Qualifications and Education

• Minimum high school diploma/GED

• 3 years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Skills/Knowledge/Licenses/Certifications

• Fork lift experience and certification preferred

• NY State Class B CDL license with a Class N (Tank Vehicle) (or Class X) Endorsement

Physical/Work Requirements

• Exposure to varying conditions in the office, lab, warehouse, production room, well-site, and conex box environments

• Able to routinely lift up to 30lbs and occasionally lift up to 55lbs

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
