- Collecting requirements and defining user stories that encapsulate specific data integration needs, metadata, and objectives of end-users and POD leaders to develop a comprehensive data strategy.
- Designing and constructing interfaces and APIs, when necessary, to facilitate data systems integration, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Coordinating the movement of data across systems to ensure its relevance, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Providing continuous support and maintenance for existing data integrations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing regular updates to enhance functionality and performance.
- Managing change management processes related to data integrations to guarantee smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, meticulously assessing and defining business and technical requirements to ensure alignment of all parties involved.
- Ensuring that every data integration initiative aligns with the organization's overarching strategy to foster universal data access, thereby improving efficiency and decision-making capabilities within PharmSci.
- Working closely with top management, executives, and business stakeholders to drive data collection, interpretation, pattern identification, trend analysis, and overall business management.
- Performing comprehensive data analysis, including data profiling and system source analysis, utilizing key skills in data management and analysis.
