Maintenance Technician Opportunity
Routine Maintenance and Repairs
  • Conducts routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, devices, and components.
  • Tests, inspects, and troubleshoots equipment and electro/pneumatic controls as necessary for automatic equipment; reports operational status as directed.
Installation and Upgrades
  • Works on new installations of power, light, motors, transformers, control panels, relays, electronic equipment, and building applications.
  • Provides assistance in troubleshooting and repairs of electrical services and electrical/electronic equipment for equipment maintenance.
Technical Support and Documentation
  • Assists engineering associates in troubleshooting and repairs of electrical services and equipment, including PLC's, to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Reads blueprints and electrical diagrams for maintenance purposes and suggests modifications for improvements.
Record-Keeping and System Maintenance
  • Maintains accurate records of time and materials used for each job.
  • Keeps the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) updated with thorough and precise data.
Safety and Compliance
  • Adheres to safety policies and promotes good housekeeping in the work area.
  • Performs any other assigned duties as required.
