Support the Finance Department in Clinical Trials Division The Associate Financial Analyst position at our client in the Pharma industry based in Allentown, PA, involves providing vital support to the Finance Department of the North America Clinical Trials Division. In this role, you will be responsible for various financial activities such as reporting, budgeting, analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), trending, and completing ad-hoc tasks. This six-month contract position requires a commitment of 15 hours per week initially at the Allentown office for training, with the option to transition to fully remote work subsequently. Qualifications And ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Financial Analyst, some of the main responsibilities include:
Preparing, analyzing, and reporting on weekly revenue forecasts
Conducting monthly financial reporting for Finance, Commercial, and Operational leaders
Contributing to the enhancement of revenue and expense analytical capabilities
Developing Key Performance Indicators and metrics
Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan
Supporting with the creation of financial reports and presentations on a regular basis
Demonstrating the company's vision of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement
RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you should:
Be a current 2nd or 3rd-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
Possess the ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, draw conclusions from data, and analyze variances
Exhibit strong business partnership skills through effective written and verbal communication
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Be adept at managing multiple assignments, prioritizing projects, and demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making.
