Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of incoming calls
Schedule appointments as per guidelines
Record detailed and accurate phone notes
Utilize computer systems for appointment scheduling and electronic medical records
Maintain patient confidentiality and handle calls with sensitivity
Follow established protocols for escalating urgent calls and resolving service issues effectively
Interact with patients, physicians, and staff to facilitate clear communication
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in call centers, customer service, or medical offices
Proficiency in computer skills and typing
Familiarity with medical terminology and office practices
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
