Employment Type: Contractor
Work Schedule And Duration
- Location: Jacksonville, FL 32209
- Duration: 3 months
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm
- Part-time position initially (20-30 hrs/week), with potential to increase to 40 hrs/week
- Interviews: In person only
- Possibility of transitioning to full-time employment
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour on W2
- Clean, dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash in offices
- Maintain cleanliness in breakroom areas and conference rooms
- Single-floor, single-building space covering approximately 25,192 square feet
- Moderate foot traffic
- Facility operates 24/7 at the RTMC with 150-175 employees
- Includes two separate areas and four bathrooms
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cleaning large facilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work weekends as required due to the facility's year-round operation
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness in all designated areas
