CONFLUX SYSTEMS is Hiring a Laboratory Data Management Specialist - Entry Level Near St Louis, MO

DescriptionYou will be responsible for the creation, modification, and updating of SampleManager LIMS Workflows for Project Base Implementation. This role involves performing complex data entry and data-loading into SampleManager, assisting with forecasting schedules, and updating workflow data in a timely manner. Your technical knowledge from the laboratory will be utilized to update specifications in the SampleManager system.
Your day-to-day activities will include working within SampleManager LIMS applications.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Biology or Chemistry is preferred, but education is required.
  • Ideally, have 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a lab and the ability to catch on quickly.
Work Environment
  • Flexibility with hours is available; you will work 40 hours per week with consistent hours of your choice as the office space operates 24⁄7.
  • You will contribute as an individual while also collaborating within a relaxed and down-to-earth team of 6.
Skills
  • Tech-savvy with LIMS experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Opportunity
  • This is a temp-to-hire role, with potential evaluation in phase 2 of the project based on need, budget, and performance. Candidates with extensive pharmaceutical experience are not recommended due to the entry-level nature of the position.
