- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical power and/or SCADA design and construction.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit.
- Wisconsin PE or Designer of Engineering Systems license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Utilize expertise in electrical engineering to design and construct power systems and SCADA solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and clients in the municipal water and wastewater markets.
- Understand and address electrical requirements in water and wastewater processes.
- Passion for the consulting industry and desire to contribute to innovative projects.
