SummaryJoin our Quality Systems Remediation Program team as a Technical Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content and collaborating closely with technical documentation. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and quality documentation within the Medical Device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, edit, and update various Quality and Technical Documents such as SOPs, work/testing instructions, Validation Documentation, Technical Reports, and Record Assessment Reports.
- Understand the impact of job performance on quality and device defects, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Simplify complex concepts for user understanding and manage updates to technical literature.
- Maintain a library of technical terminology and documentation.
- Adapt quickly to industry changes and adjust responsibilities accordingly.
- 3-5 years of technical writing experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Proficiency in quality documentation such as non-conformance reports, risk assessments, CAPA, and related documents.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate organization, work with urgency, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Compliance with established business policies.
