General Description:

Congaree Team Members work closely with all departments to facilitate an exceptional experience for our Ambassadors and their guests. Cart Fleet Manager is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of golf cart fleet and cart barn facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works alongside other Golf Services Team Members to perform all day to day operations at the Club.
• Responsible for the daily set up and/or breakdown of all golf-related items and areas of operation. This includes, but not limited to, cart and bag storage, cart staging and practice facilities.
• Maintains golf cart fleet and ensures safe working environment including but not limited to cleanliness, proper function/operation, ordering parts/equipment when needed.
• Communicate with team for quick resolutions to Ambassador/Guest requests.
• Coordinates with Member Services Associates to facilitate guest check ins.
• Provide transportation for Ambassadors, members, and guests when needed.

Qualification Requirements:

• Golf Club experience preferred.
• Resort or private club experience preferred.
• Focused on providing exceptional customer service.
• Extensive golf knowledge is preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to walk the entire length of the property.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job successfully.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
