Responsibilities:

• Develop and design scalable and sustainable automated testing frameworks and solutions for Workday modules, adhering to industry best practices and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
• Lead the creation and implementation of automated test scripts, libraries, and utilities to verify Workday functionalities, integrations, and business processes.
• Proficiently design data migration testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency during migration processes.
• Lead the formulation and execution of test strategies and plans for migrating legacy systems to Workday, drawing from extensive migration experience.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and provide actionable recommendations to automate manual testing activities, enhancing testing coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis to prioritize automation efforts and achieve maximum automation coverage for Workday modules.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to seamlessly integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline for Workday applications.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in test automation, continuously evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks to elevate testing capabilities.
• Offer technical leadership and assistance in troubleshooting automation issues, optimizing test scripts, and enhancing automation infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, specializing in test automation and crafting automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications, utilizing Python or Java.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ETL testing methodologies and tools (e.g., NoSQL, Elastic, Microsoft Informatica, Talend, Boomi) and API testing tools and techniques.
• Strong comprehension of HR and HCM concepts, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and Workday (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday HCM Fundamentals, Prism, People Analytics and reports) are advantageous.
• Knowledge of database automation tools and libraries (e.g., SQL Alchemy) for automating database operations, querying databases, and validating data integrity is a plus.
