Job Title: QA Manager
Location: Costa Mesa, California (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Work Authorization: USC, GC, GCEAD, H1 transfer.
Tax Terms: W2, 1099
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
- Create and maintain test data and test environments as needed.
- Continuously improve and expand the automated test suite to cover new features and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation and software testing.
Preferred:
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Previous experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Certification in software testing or QA automation.
