We are looking for a Manager, Market Analytics to support and help lead the development direction for BrandSafway's market model and create a technical roadmap for analytics models that support sales and commercial initiatives. This role will maintain and refine the market model, create and manage PowerBI dashboards, and generate insights that will be used to identify growth opportunities, track changes in the market, develop strategic insights for the organization and produce tactical insights for the sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, financial and/or market analytics, with a working knowledge of data science methods and capabilities (i.e., ability to play a translator role and run Excel / light data science analytics as needed).

**Key Responsibilities:**

Support and help lead the development direction of BrandSafway's market model.

Develop technical roadmap (along with IT) and manage integration of market model into business processes and Salesforce.com.

Design and create PowerBI dashboards to visualize market and revenue analytics for use by BrandSafways sales, growth, finance, and strategy teams. Generate reports and synthesized insights.

Work with the sales and growth teams to utilize the market model to generate analytics and insights for growth, including opportunity whitespace, share of wallet expansion, and new customer acquisition.

Forecast changes in the current market and summarize insights from proprietary and third-party sources.

Conduct deep dives on select end-markets to size the opportunity for longer-term growth evaluation and conduct ad hoc assessment of segments of business that may be under-indexed relative to market data to create distinctive insights.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate model outputs, financial and strategic insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure clarity and precision in all communications.

Conduct ad-hoc customer- and market-level analyses using internal and market data to inform strategic decisions, customer-level negotiations, and market-level assessments of performance.

Manage cross-functional relationships with IT and commercial/sales teams to scope tool requirements, stand up new tools, andensure seamless implementatio

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or analytical / STEM field.

MBA or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years experience in similar roles.

Working knowledge and experience with PowerBI, Excel and Salesforce.com (experience with Python ideal but not required).

Ability to analyze and synthesize unstructured datasets to generate commercial and strategic recommendations.

Ability to build and tailor processes, dashboards, and analytics to the needs and motions of the sales organization.

Ability to draw insights and actions from data and communicate appropriately at all management levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of key end markets, such as petrochemicals, power, refining, and/or commercial real estate, is a plus.
