Conjugate Group is Hiring a Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator Near Waltham, MA
Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for conducting monthly QB closeouts, weekly payroll administration and HR/Benefits management. Special projects as well to analyze data. We are a small business working with the biotechnology space. We have high standards of quality and customer service.
Example of Responsibilities/Requirements:
MUST have strong Excel skills.
(About 15 hours/week; 1 day in office for about 5 hours- preferably Thursdays)
(no benefits as it is part-time BUT as we grow it would turn into more Fulltime, I am positive)
Example of Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Collect and process weekly consultant timesheets for payroll (ADP Run) administration
- Invoice clients weekly/monthly for services and reconcile bank statements in QuickBooks online.
- Manage Benefits for employees (401K, Medical insurance, etc.)
- Other things as necessary. (EX Use Excel for further data analysis)
