What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Conlan Tire Co.?
Conlan Tire is currently seeking an Office Manager. We are seeking an aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast paced environment.
Conlan Tire is an emerging, privately owned commercial tire retreading and re-manufacturing operation that specializes in tire maintenance practices, casing management, warranty claims, fuel testing, alignments, sales, tire retreading, tire repair, production and quality control. We strive to provide the most fuel efficient re-manufactured tires in the market!
Duties Include, but not limited:
- Greeting visitors, answering phones & scheduling appointments
- Scheduling appointments for vendors and Conlan Executives
- Answering basic questions about policy and procedures
- Reviewing candidates applications and some interviewing
- Providing general support to visitors
- Providing general administrative support such as typing, filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment needed for day-to-day operations
- Employee relations: Onboarding/Hiring/Disciplinary Actions
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and other administrative software
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
