  • Client Relationship: Proven track record of maintaining and deepening client relationships.
  • Knowledge Base: Enjoy discussing markets, economy, business strategies, financial planning, wealth creation, and preservation.
  • Skills: Capable administrator with a strong “client service heart.”
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter, intuitive, capable, and intellectually sharp
  • Quick learner, adaptive, and entrepreneurial
  • Vibrant personality with a dedicated work ethic
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to interact appropriately with clients
  • Authentic, decisive, but humble personality
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment with limited infrastructure or handholding.
  • Versatility: Willing and able to handle various responsibilities, from menial data entry to sophisticated wealth strategy discussions.
  • Certification: CFP or equivalent is required.

The successful candidate will prioritize developing trusted client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to client service and holistic wealth management.
