We are a long established commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling contractor seeking a highly motivated, career-driven project manager with relevant experience working for a specialty contractor. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of drywall, metal framing, and ceiling systems. Will be responsible for managing multiple projects ranging from $100,000 to $7,000,000 throughout CT, Western MA, and RI, which will require frequent day traveling between our home office and the job sites.
Specific duties include but not limited to: project scheduling, budgetary and cost control, preparation of submittals, RFI's, and change orders, and general supervision of site activities. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and project management software are required. Experience with Sage 300/Timberline preferred.
The chosen candidate will be able to work as a team player in our collaborative environment and will have strong people skills to establish and maintain relationships with coworkers as well as our clients and vendors.
