Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our store. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations to customers

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical sales is an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
