Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday8am - 4:30pm (Onsite Schedule)
Location: West Allis, WI
Salary: Up to $30 an hour
Industry: Manufacturing
Job Duties
- Responsible for accounts receivable including cash application, records and dunning process administration
- Involvement in new customer setup process including master data maintenance, credit checks and documentation compliance
- Carries out special projects with high focus on optimization of processes related to SAP
- Active participant in the monthly close including processing of journal entries
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize overall workload and meet deliverables on a timely basis
