MINIMUN 1 YEAR OF RECENT EXPERIENCE IN AN INVENTORY POSITION
MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A WAREHOUSE
Connect Staffing is looking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join a leading distribution company in North Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Inventory Control Specialist Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Minimum one year of inventory control experience is required
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have data entry skills and have knowledge of different Microsoft programs.
- Previous experience working with ERP and IAS systems is preferred!
- Previous experience working in distributions, manufacturing, shipping and receiving and forklift operating is a plus!

Inventory Control Specialist Responsibilities:
- Conduct and maintain cycle counts on warehouse material.
- Enter inventory data into company system and ensure accuracy.
- Identify any common inventory errors and provide solutions.
- Ensure cycle counts are completed in an effective and timely manner.
- Let warehouse personnel know of any non-stock or defective items.
We are also hiring for forklift operators, customer service, assemblers and production workers throughout the greater Houston area!
