Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join a leading distribution company in North Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of logistics experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
- Able to pay close attention to detail and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Experience with Parcel, Rail, OTR, LTL, and International Ocean/Air is preferred.
- Prior experience in roles such as a Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager, Operations Coordinator, or a Shipping Coordinator is a big plus!

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Facilitate operations of shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory and claims.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's to ensure shipments are being shipped on time.
- Update ERP with accurate delivery information including OBL and release statuses.
- Address and resolve any shipment or inventory issues.
- Monitor costs and timeline of shipments.
