Job Description:
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure the highest quality of care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation within the rehabilitation department.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a therapist.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Business minded
- CPR certification.
