Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate laboratory testing and analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of testing and reporting.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and compliance standards.
