Job Description:
- Provide exceptional home health physical therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies to address mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communication with healthcare providers.
- Ohio Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 based on experience
