Job Description:
- Provide specialized care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for various medical conditions, including physical injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Administer medications, perform therapeutic interventions, and assist with physical therapy exercises.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress.
- Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and self-care techniques.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and rehabilitation best practices.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN license in Kansas.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related clinical settings is highly desirable.
