Job Description:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and activities to promote independence and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
- Current state Occupational Therapy licensure.
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
- Current BLS certification.
