Job Description:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Current state Physical Therapy licensure.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
- Current BLS certification.
