Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Travel Clinical Liaison RN for a 13-week assignment with one of our esteemed clients in Redding, California. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team and make a significant impact on patient care.
Job Description:
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of California.
- BSN preferred, but ASN with relevant experience will be considered.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous experience in a clinical liaison role or similar position is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
