Pay: $49/Hr

Connected Health Care is excited to partner with a leading healthcare facility in Marshall, MI, to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a travel position. This is an outstanding opportunity for OTs seeking a dynamic and rewarding career with day shift availability.
Job Description:
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance functional performance.
  • Educate patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate independence.
  • Evaluate and document patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Education And Certification Requirements:
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
