Job Description:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care techniques.
- Evaluate and document patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
