Location: Gold Beach, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Compensation: Up to $2,940/week based on experience
Job Description:
Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
Assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating needs and providing instruments and materials.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and maintain sterile environments.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Certification:
Current and unrestricted RN license in Oregon.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operating room setting.
