Job DescriptionConnected Health Care is seeking a motivated Family Medicine Physician for a Local Travel Temp to Perm position near Eureka, California. This exciting opportunity offers a 13-week contract with the potential for permanent placement. Join our team and make a lasting impact on patient care.
Position Details:
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Weekly Compensation: Up to $7300 based on experience
Job Description:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Manage preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Education And Certification Requirements:
  • Current California Medical License
  • DEA certificate
  • Board Certified in Family Practice preferred, but not required
  • Current life support certification(s)
