Job Description: As a Family Practice Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. General Certifications Required
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Valid medical license in Idaho
- DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency training in Family Medicine
- Experience in a primary care setting preferred but not required
