Job Description:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Idaho
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (required for RNs; LPNs may be required to obtain)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
