Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting
- Administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama or compact license
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- At least 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
