Job DescriptionLTC Registered Nurse - Local Contract (Part-time, NOC shift) **up to $55/hr**Connected Health Care is excited to partner with our client in the search for a talented Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) near Park Rapids, MN. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's healthcare team and make a difference in the lives of residents.
As An LTC RN, You Will
As An LTC RN, You Will
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide compassionate support to residents and their families.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
- Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Previous experience in LTC or a related field is preferred
