Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), encompassing both inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) care.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and establish achievable goals.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility with both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Compensation: Up to $2300 based on experience
