In this role, you will be responsible for selling our financial products to individuals and families, providing them with the peace of mind that comes with financial security.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various methods including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Consult with Clients: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing personalized solutions that fit their unique situations.
  • Present Products: Explain the features, benefits, and options of various financial products, ensuring clients understand their choices.
  • Close Sales: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing support and assistance as needed and ensuring their accounts remain up-to-date.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in regulations to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Valid financial services license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $137,000.00 - $161,314.00 per year
