The Inside Sales Representation (ISR) role is designed for someone who loves talking to people and has a curiosity to learn how well IT works in other companies. The ISR pursues lead opportunities, and the compensation plan rewards a hunter mentality, with highly active and successful sales activity.
Our services are considered premium as we are selling our value by assuming responsibility for our client’s IT performance, which are small to mid-sized businesses in south Florida, (Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties).
The Marketing department will source most of the assigned leads and position those leads into our HubSpot CRM for action by the ISR. The ISR will work through the assigned leads, maintaining and updating the Contact and Company records as best as possible. The ISR will call the business owner, learn if they would like to improve their IT process and performance, explain how Connections may be able to help them, and when appropriate, schedule an appointment for a future date with our CEO.
The primary prospecting activity is actively calling prospects over the phone. You will also send direct emails, make LinkedIn outreaches, but cold calling is essential.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B consultative & conceptual sales skills
• Cold-calling ability to create interest in Connections for Business services
• Experience in sales Hunting preferred
• Proven ability to generate new business and convert a lead into a qualified prospect
• Time management, organization, and customer service skills are essential

Base Pay: $51,000 plus incentive compensation on qualified appointments generated and commission on new business generated.
