Connections Personnel is hiring for a direct hire Accounting Clerk for our client located in Summit.
Looking for a outgoing individual to join their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Daily Deposits -Service/Parts cash and credit card daily reconciliations
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in public accounting or similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
- Salary: starting at $50,000.00 per year
