The Manager, Data Engineering position will be responsible for developing and executing data engineering strategy to support the organization's data needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Set clear goals, establish priorities, and ensure successful project execution;
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimize data engineering processes;
• Monitor performance and provide performance feedback, guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team;
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, transformation, and storage;
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs;
• Integrate data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring compatibility and seamless data flow; and
• Identifyand address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data processing issues to optimize the performance and reliability of data systems.

• Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer & Information Sciences, or a related field;
• 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, or a related occupation;

• Experience developing and supporting large-scale platforms/application;
• Experience handling multiple projects;
• Experience working with Agile team environment;
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance practices;
• Experience with data integration, data modeling, and ETL processes;
• Experience using: Web API, Object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET/C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, JavaScript, HTML , XML, AWS Glue, Azure, GCP, Python, Hadoop, and Spark.
