Position Summary:

IEM is looking for a Full Time- Associate Business Process Analyst who can examine business processes and workflows to determine how they can be improved or automated, assess business requirements, and make evidence‐based recommendations to support process improvements. We are looking for an entry level professional in the field who is looking to grow with a company.

Essential Functions:

• Research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes.
• Meet with key stakeholders to set goals, gather and analyze data and process mapping, and create reports based on recommendations.
• Create reports and presentations using qualitative analysis.
• Responsible for structuring a large amount of information within a process framework, modeling business processes, and using process/workflow software to create process models.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop new process designs.
• Document business process modeling activities for future reference. Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help automate and streamline processes to help the organization perform more efficiently.
• Conducts work assignments as directed and other related duties as assigned.

Current Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience or educational knowledge in Computer Science or Data Science.
• Experience with platform software
• Experience with programming and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
